Bill Martyn-Smith

Bill Martyn-Smith is an experienced asset manager currently working at Logicor, a prominent owner of distribution and logistic warehouses across Europe, since April 2021. Prior to this role, Bill served as a surveyor in capital markets and industrial logistics at JLL from September 2017 to April 2021, and had previously worked in the industrial and logistics agency division at JLL. Bill began a career in real estate as a graduate surveyor at Stoford Developments Ltd for a brief period in January 2017, and gained valuable experience as the ticketing centre manager for MATCH Services AG during the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Bill holds a BSc (HONS) in Real Estate Management from Oxford Brookes University, completed in 2017, and attended Old Swinford Hospital School between 2007 and 2013.
