Andrew Humberd

Andrew Humberd has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Andrew began their career as a Fry Chef at Chili's from 2005 to 2007. Andrew then served in various roles in the US Army, including Satellite Communications Equipment Operator/Maintainer, Training Clerk, and Desktop Support Specialist at Fort Gordon Network Enterprise Center. Their responsibilities included operating and maintaining tactical satellite equipment, tracking training, and providing IT support.

After leaving the military, Andrew worked as an At-Home Advisor for Apple, providing technical and non-technical support for Apple products. Andrew achieved high customer satisfaction rates and was selected to advise other employees. Andrew also gained experience as a PC Technician at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, installing and configuring user-level systems.

Andrew later joined Unisys as a Support Specialist, providing customer service to soldiers and Army civilians on the Army Knowledge Online program and resolving hardware and software issues. Andrew then joined Dwight D. Eisenhower Army Medical Center as a Systems Support Analyst, administering clinical systems and ensuring quality service for patients and medical providers.

In 2018, Andrew worked at BAE Systems, Inc. as a System Support Specialist, participating in a company-wide initiative to upgrade systems to Windows 10 and managing servers and custom applications. Andrew then joined Privo - A Navisite Company, where they held various roles including End User Compute Consultant, Senior EUC Engineer and Service Analyst, and Site Reliability Engineer. In these roles, Andrew gained expertise in AWS troubleshooting, group policy management, customer portal revamp, and vendor relationship management.

Currently, Andrew is working at Logicworks as a Tier II Cloud Support Associate, leveraging their experience in cloud support.

Andrew Humberd attended the University of Puget Sound from 2001 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theatre/Theater. Additionally, they have acquired several certifications over the years. In April 2019, they became a Microsoft Certified IT Professional: Office 365 Fundamentals through Microsoft. In November 2019, they earned the Amazon Web Services Solutions Architect Associate certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Later, in October 2020, they obtained the Amazon Web Services Developer - Associate certification, also from AWS. Lastly, in December 2012, they received the CompTIA Security+ certification from CompTIA.
