VP, Customer Success at Logicworks

Michael Kipnis has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Michael is currently serving as the SVP of Customer Success at Logicworks since October 2018. Prior to this, they served as the VP of Professional Services and Support, IMC at GigaSpaces Technologies from October 2016 to January 2018. In this role, they were responsible for growing a worldwide professional services organization and overseeing various projects for Fortune 1,000 companies.

Before that, Michael was the VP of Worldwide Customer Support at Vidyo from October 2010 to October 2016. Here, they established and led a global support and services organization, catering to numerous prominent clients. Prior to that, they served as the VP of Customer Services at EasyRun from May 2008 to October 2010 and as the VP of Technical Services at Crescendo Networks from April 2007 to May 2008.

In addition to the above, Michael has also held senior management positions at Expand Networks, DiskSites, and Computer Services. At Expand Networks, they were the Senior Director of WAFS Services from June 2006 to March 2007. Before that, they served as the VP of Technical Support and Professional Services, as well as the VP of Product Management and Quality Assurance at DiskSites from September 2000 to May 2006. Michael also founded and managed their own web solutions company, Computer Services, from March 1997 to August 2000.

Their work experience also includes serving in the Israeli Defense Forces (IDF) as a MIS professional from January 1996 to December 1999. Overall, Michael Kipnis has a strong background in customer success, professional services, and support, with a focus on driving revenue growth, managing global teams, and delivering successful projects for prestigious clients.

Michael Kipnis obtained their education in Mathematics and Computer Science from Bar-Ilan University from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their degree, they have also acquired additional certifications such as "Amazon Web Services Essential Training" from Lynda.com in May 2016 and "Architectural Photography: Interiors" from Lynda.com in May 2016.
