Navya Prabhushankar

Navya Prabhushankar has held a variety of roles in the engineering and research fields since 2016. Navya began their career as a Technical Aide at 3M, where they optimized the properties of polyethylene films. Navya then worked as an Undergraduate Researcher at UMKC, where they investigated production efficiency and scheduling models. In 2017, they worked as a Research and Development Intern at H.B. Fuller, where they explored various properties of insulating glass sealants. From 2018 to 2021, they worked at Crown Iron Works Company as a Proposal Engineer I and Proposal Engineer II, where they developed an innovation workflow and launched a new product line for novel waste processing technology. Currently, they are a Lead Solutions Engineer and Account Manager at Thoughtful, where they automate complex workflows for their human workforce. In 2023, they will begin working as a Sales Engineer at Logik.io Commerce Engine.

Navya Prabhushankar attended the University of Minnesota from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Science in Engineering in Chemical Engineering.
