VP, Customer Success at Logikcull

Ryan Bullard is the Vice President of Customer Success at Logikcull. Ryan has held this position since May of 2017. Prior to that, they were the Vice President of Customer Success at CB Insights from May of 2017 to March of 2022. In this role, they were responsible for exceeding customer renewal and retention goals, supporting expansion in share of wallet with existing customers, and developing an internal program to manage customer pilots, renewals, and expansion of share of wallet. Ryan also served as an internal advocate for customer product enhancements based on customer feedback.

At CB Insights, Ryan also worked collaboratively with other team members around strategic planning and overall management of the company. Ryan managed the staffing, policies, and processes for the team, and engaged with sales, product management, development, marketing, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Ryan also worked cross-functionally to prioritize, define, and deliver client success process and services to support customer needs. In addition, they developed and refined team metrics (e.g., renewal rates, utilization rates, referral rates, etc.) and key performance indicators; planned and achieved quarterly and annual metrics and goals; and reported on progress to the executive team and company.

Before joining CB Insights, Ryan was the Director of Services at Work Market from August of 2010 to May of 2017. In this role, they were responsible for profitability developing and expanding the services portion of Work Market’s business. Ryan also developed strong working relationships with key customer stakeholders and C-level executives, and developed and communicated the customer success vision and goals to all stakeholders.

Ryan Bullard has a BA in Ryan'story from SUNY New Paltz and is certified at the Culler Certification Level 1 as a Certified Logikcull Employee.

Ryan Bullard reports to Andy Wilson, CEO & Co-Founder. Ryan Bullard works with Russell Sachs - Chief Revenue Officer, Robert Hilson - VP, Marketing, and Todd Eastman - VP, Business Development.
