Shrikant Naik has a diverse work experience in the field of technology and solutions. Shrikant began their career in 2009 as an Associate Software Engineer with Accenture, where they gained foundational skills in software development. Shrikant then progressed to roles such as Software Engineer and Senior Engineer Software, further enhancing their technical expertise.

In 2015, Shrikant took on the position of Offshore Delivery | Team Lead at Accenture, showcasing their leadership abilities and project management skills. Shrikant continued to grow within the company, moving up to roles such as Application Development Specialist Team Lead and SSRS/SSIS ETL Developer. In these positions, they demonstrated their proficiency in SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS), and database management.

Additionally, they obtained a certification in CSM (Certified Scrum Master) from Scrum Alliance in September 2018.
