Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo

Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo Villada has a diverse work experience spanning over many years. Juan José started their career as a Department Manager at Decathlon in 1996 and then worked as a European Parliamentary Assistant at the European Parliament from 1999 to 2000. From 2000 to 2006, they held various HR managerial roles at Kimberly-Clark, including Country HR Manager Iberia and European Project Leader for the USA and Canada. Juan José continued their career at Kimberly-Clark as HR Director for the Middle East and North Africa, then as HR and Communications VP for the MEA region, and later as Vice-President of HR and Communications for EMEA. In 2015, they joined RB as the Head of Human Resources for ENA, overseeing regions such as North America, Europe, Russia, CIS, and Australia. Currently, they are working at Logista as the CHRO and Director of Marketing-Communication.

Juan José Guajardo-Fajardo Villada has a Bachelor of Laws degree from Universidad de Alcalá. Juan José also holds a Master's degree in Organization & Human Resources from ESIC Business & Marketing School. Additionally, they have completed a PADE program at IESE Business School.
