Dany St-Pierre

Currently a resident of Chicago, Illinois, Ms. Dany St-Pierre is President of Cleantech Expansion since 2013, a recognized renewable energy sector expert advising C-Level executives in the investment community worldwide on matters related to mergers and acquisitions, project scouting, and due diligence. Prior thereto, she held leadership roles at Nordex, Alstom, Siemens and Bombardier, and conducted business in over 30 countries as a senior executive for global publicly traded transportation and energy manufacturers.

Ms. St-Pierre is widely recognized for her leadership and has expertise in ESG, international business, product and technology innovation, and M&A.

Ms. St-Pierre is a Certified Corporate Director, being a graduate from the College of Corporate Directors of Université Laval. She currently serves as a director for Boralex, a publicly-traded company, as well as for a not-for-profit association. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration – Marketing from the Université du Québec, and an MBA in International Marketing from Université Laval.
