Mike Steele

Mike Steele serves as the Vice President, Manufacturing and Production. He is responsible for the manufacturing and production of LSI’s training device product line, ensuring schedule and quality goals are achieved. Mike is a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer, who worked on several aircraft platforms during his twenty-two years of service. Mike graduated from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University with a Bachelor’s degree in Professional Aeronautics. In 2011, Mike joined LSI and has since been involved in various aspects of training device production and retrofits. In addition to overseeing daily manufacturing and production operations, he also conducts long-range planning ensuring resources requirements, budgets and schedules are met.
