Niko Hossain

Niko Hossain currently serves as the Managing Director at Lobster Logistics Cloud since September 2020. Previously, Niko held various leadership roles at Lufthansa Group from April 2018 to September 2020, including Senior Manager of Group Digital Strategy, Innovation, and Transformation, and Head of Lufthansa Digital Fund. Niko has a strong entrepreneurial background, co-founding Global Goal e.V. and ClusterTec Innovation GmbH, and also held significant positions at Lufthansa Cargo, notably as Head of Strategic Project and Deputy Head of Technology & Innovation. Niko's extensive experience includes work with Fraunhofer IML as an International Representative of the CEO and Senior Project Manager, contributing to numerous logistics and technology initiatives. Niko holds an Engineer’s Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Technical University Dortmund and completed the International Executive Development Program in International Business at the Lufthansa School of Business.
