Lydia Wagoner

Lydia Wagoner is a strategic communications consultant at LMI, focusing on the FDA’s Office of Equal Employment Opportunity since April 2024. Previously, Lydia served as a Senior Associate for Communications and Marketing at Washington Business Dynamics from January 2023 to April 2024, where responsibilities included managing strategic communications for FEMA’s Office of the Chief Information Officer and leading DEIA training initiatives. Lydia also held the position of Marketing and Communications Manager at The Cadmus Group from 2021 to 2023 and worked as a Marketing Communications & Web Specialist for the United States Department of Defense between January 2019 and December 2021. Lydia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Fashion Merchandising and Design from Virginia Tech and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Gender, Women, and Sexuality Studies at Arizona State University.
