Marion Kennedy

SVP, Intelligence Market at Logistics Management Institute

Marion is an accomplished executive with more than 25 years of experience in both government and private sector organizations and has dedicated her career to serving the Intelligence Community (IC). She has served in leadership roles in a Fortune 500 business, in small businesses transitioning to large, and in start-up companies. She has direct experience managing diverse teams and contracts with all five major national IC agencies and the Office of the Director of National Intelligence (ODNI).

Marion began her career in government supporting a specialized sensors unit at the U.S. Army Night Vision and Electro-Optic Lab and as an intelligence assistant and program analyst for the U.S. Army Intelligence and Security Command.

She began her private sector experience at Scitor Corporation, later acquired by SAIC, where she spent 18 rewarding years. Prior to her corporate roles at Scitor, she directly supported the Director of Central Intelligence’s the ODNI, where she partnered with senior IC leaders to develop strategies, policies, and structures. Her time at Scitor culminated in the role of the sector vice president, National Services with diverse mission support across multiple IC organizations.

In 2018, Marion joined E3 Federal Solutions to establish their intelligence division. Prior to joining LMI, Marion served as the executive for federal growth at a commercial AI/ML firm, where she focused on expanding the organization’s AI/ML-enabled data orchestration platform to the federal market. Throughout her career, Marion has been recognized as an engaging and caring leader, a mission partner focused on exceeding customer expectations, and an industry partner that builds business with integrity.

Marion earned her bachelor’s in Russian studies from George Mason University and her master’s in systems management from Capitol Technology University.

Marion is a member of the Intelligence and National Security Alliance Advisory Committee and an advisory board member with Nerdy Girl Success, a non-profit organization with a mission to change the landscape of leadership for young women.
