Stephanie Houtz Anderson

Stephanie Houtz Anderson has over two decades of experience in talent acquisition and human resources, with a notable tenure at LMI from November 2001 to August 2022 where roles included Vice President of Talent Acquisition, Director of Talent Acquisition, and Recruiting Lead. Prior experience includes serving as Recreation Supervisor for the Fairfax County Park Authority from April 1999 to September 2001. Stephanie holds a Master’s Degree in Management with a focus on Human Resources from the University of Maryland Global Campus, obtained between January 2007 and January 2015, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from James Madison University, earned from January 1997 to January 2001, where membership in Delta was also noted.
