Jay Mitchell

Jay Mitchell has extensive work experience in the logistics and industrial real estate industry. Starting in 1990, they worked as a VP at CB Richard Ellis for 11 years. Jay then moved on to IDI Gazeley Brookfield Logistics Properties, serving as SVP Regional Director from 2001 to 2016. In this role, they were responsible for operations, asset management, leasing, and development. After that, they joined DCT Industrial as the SVP Market Officer, leading development and acquisition strategies in the Georgia, Tennessee, and Carolinas region. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President - East Region at Logistics Property Company, LLC, overseeing all property and market activities in the region.

Jay Mitchell attended the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business from 1976 to 1980. Jay pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) with a focus on Real Estate.
