Wilfrid Freve (Wil)

Wil Freve has extensive experience in the real estate and construction industry. Wilfrid (Wil) has held various executive and managerial positions throughout their career. From 2019 to present, they have been the Executive Vice President & National Head of Construction at Logistics Property Company, LLC, where they oversee all construction operations and development services. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2019, they were a Vice President at JLL, where they provided project management services for industrial projects. From 2000 to 2018, they worked at Duke Realty Corporation, starting as a Development Services Manager and later becoming a Senior Development Services Manager. At Duke Realty, they managed land acquisition, entitlements, and preconstruction services for multiple markets. Wilfrid (Wil) began their career at A. Epstein & Sons as a Civil Engineer and Development Services professional. Overall, Wil Freve has demonstrated expertise in overseeing construction operations, managing projects, and facilitating real estate development.

Wilfrid (Wil) Freve completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Notre Dame, attending from 1991 to 1995. In addition to their formal education, Wil also obtained certifications from Procore Technologies. In September 2017, they received the Procore Certified: Associate and Procore Certified: Engineer certifications.
