Gerrie Tollenaar

Gerrie Tollenaar has over 20 years of experience in the software and logistics industries. In 1997, they began their career as an Intern at Centric. Gerrie then worked as a Consultant at Sogyo, where they were insourced at IBM's CRM department. At IBM The Netherlands, they worked as an IT Specialist and Data Analyst, creating Opportunity Management reports in SQL and on Brio. In 2000, they became a Senior Consultant at Logica, where they wrote business, functional and technical requirements and data models for Messaging, Mobile PuDo, Order Management, TMS for Parcel shipping and Cash on Delivery applications.

In 2003, they joined Pitney Bowes as a European Product Manager and Project Manager. In 2010, they moved to Logistyx Technologies (now part of E2open), where they held various roles, including VP International Professional Services, Engagement Director, Director Global Shipping Application & Carrier Integrations, Director International Product Management, Director EMEA & Principal, Business Development Director, and Partner Relationship Manager. In this role, they were responsible for the European operations team, and achieved 98% annual customer retention and a 31% YoY SaaS revenue increase.

Gerrie Tollenaar has an education history that includes a BSc in IT, Business Information Systems from Fontys University of Applied Sciences, which they obtained between 1994 and 1997. Gerrie then went on to obtain an MSc in Co-operative Computing from Middlesex University between 1997 and 1999. In 2009, they obtained a certification in Product Management from ICM opleidingen & trainingen. In 2017, they obtained a PMC-IV certification from Pragmatic Marketing. In 2020, they obtained a Mini MBA from Business School Nederland.
