Hugues Favey

Principal Engineer at Logitech

Hugues Favey is a Principal Engineer at Logitech Europe S.A. since January 1998, specializing in concept studies and proof of concept development for 2.4GHz ISM band technologies for PC desktop products, including keyboards and custom receivers. Previous roles include Senior Electrical Engineer focused on RF engineering and microwave applications, as well as interactive entertainment systems in the San Francisco Bay Area. In 2021, Hugues served as an external technical advisor for the University of Lausanne during the iGEM competition, providing support for a temperature control hardware project. Earlier career experience includes developing microcontroller and ASIC tools for ETA S.A., part of The Swatch Group. Hugues holds a Master's degree in Microtechnology from EPFL and briefly studied at the University of California, Berkeley.
