James Niescier

James Niescier has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2014, they worked as a Software Engineer at Accurate Controls, Inc. for over a year. In 2015, they joined Syntel as a Software Engineer - Mainframe and stayed with the company for one year. From 2016 to 2018, they worked as a System Analyst at Alliance Laundry Systems LLC. In 2018, they joined the Miami Marlins as a Data Systems Senior Analyst and held this role until November 2021. Currently, they serve as the Director of Analytics at Logitix, starting in November 2021.

James Niescier began their education in 2011 at Ripon College, where they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Computer Science and Business Management. James attended Ripon College from 2011 to 2014. After completing their undergraduate degree, James pursued a Master's degree in Analytics at the Georgia Institute of Technology, commencing in 2019 and expected to graduate in 2023. Before joining Georgia Tech, they obtained an MBA degree in Management Information Systems from Concordia University-Wisconsin, attending from 2016 to 2018.
