The Job Details

Logiwa is looking for a talented Sales Development Representative to join our team. As our Sales Development Representative, you will be the first face the customer meets on their sales journey. You’ll have the opportunity to drive true value for our customers, and act as a key partner to the Account Executive team.

Our ideal candidate is someone who is eager to build a career in the SaaS sales space. They’ve got some selling experience and are looking to build even more, they’ve got excellent communication and customer service skills, and they’re excited about the prospect of working in a startup organization.  

What you’ll do as a Sales Development Representative

  • Qualify prospects against established criteria for handoff to the Account Executives as sales qualified opportunities
  • Use prospecting tools like social media and Zoom Info to generate new sales opportunities: calling, emailing, networking, and social outreach
  • Effectively utilize our CRM (Hubspot) to help drive and track your day-to-day activity
  • Proactively engage inbound prospects
  • Schedule discovery meetings and demos for Account Executives

You’ve Got:

  • 0-2 years of work experience in business development and prospecting in a software/tech company
  • Curiosity and excellent listening skills 
  • A solid understanding of client pain points and business needs, with a solutions-oriented and consultative approach to problem-solving
  • An understanding of B2B software sales engagement
  • An affinity for software and knowledge of the software development process
  • A strong sense of urgency for reaching goals and deliverables while managing multiple requests concurrently
  • Attention to detail and the ability to capture client information and transfer knowledge to other parts of the business 

This is an Inside Sales position in our Downtown Chicago Office. We are working in a hybrid office capacity, currently requiring 2 days/week in office.
