Figen Kızılkaya

Figen Kızılkaya started their work experience in 2018 at Bilişim Eğitim Merkezi as an Enterprise Resource Planning and Data Analysis Trainee. Figen received education about ERP systems and studied various modules of CaniasERP. Figen also gained knowledge in Business Intelligence tools and database architectures. In addition, they acquired basic knowledge of accounting processes.

In 2019, Figen joined Logiwa WMS as a Jr. Application Consultant. Figen held this position until February 2021, where they were responsible for providing recommendations for system configuration and working directly with the Scrum Master and Product Owner.

From February 2021 to February 2022, Figen worked as a Business Analyst at Logiwa WMS. Figen'sresponsibilities included analyzing business requirements, creating workflow charts, and ensuring JIRA tasks were ready for the development team.

In February 2022, Figen transitioned to the role of QA Engineer in the same company, Logiwa WMS.

Figen Kızılkaya completed their high school education at İstanbul Kadıköy Lisesi from 2009 to 2013. Figen then pursued their undergraduate degree in Computer Education and Instructional Technology at Dokuz Eylül University from 2013 to 2017. In terms of additional certifications, Figen obtained the Microsoft Querying Data With Transact-SQL (70-761) certification from Microsoft in June 2019. Figen also has certifications in Sosyal Hayatta İletişim and İş Hayatında İletişim from Bir İnsan Gelişim Akademisi, with the specific months and years of obtaining these certifications not provided.
