Ihsan Yaprak

Ihsan Yaprak is currently the Director of SaaS Operations at Logiwa. Prior to this, they were with Web4Minds Consulting as Technical Product Manager from January 2010 to November 2017. There, they successfully launched a cloud-based SaaS recycling business management product which resulted in 15% customer base growth annually. Ihsan was also in charge of product quality control, product management, and engineering management. Furthermore, they managed product release plans and all required activities for sales enablement, marketing communication, customer adoption, engineering priorities. Ihsan provided internal and customer training on how to use the product and features, analyzed product usage data to evaluate user experiments in order to provide the best features, and resolved complex business problems with an innovative approach.

Before Web4Minds Consulting, Ihsan was the Founder & Head of Software Development at Erciyes Software from January 2008 to July 2010. Ihsan started their career as a software developer and software team lead at Invenoa Software & Communication Inc. from October 2004 to July 2007.
