Prashant Bhati has a diverse work experience in recruitment and talent acquisition. Prashant started their career at Fliegerindia in 2012 as an Assistant Manager in Human Resources and Administration, where they were responsible for tasks such as manpower planning, data collection, recruitment, shortlisting resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting candidates. From 2013 to 2017, Prashant worked as a Recruiter at a confidential company. Prashant then joined Glibtel Technologies, LLC in 2017 as an Information Technology Recruiter, managing the full cycle of recruitment for clients in the US. Prashant'sresponsibilities included reviewing technical job requirements, screening applicants, formatting resumes, and maintaining strong relationships with clients and candidates. Prashant's most recent role is as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Logix Guru, LLC, where they are involved in full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, interviewing, screening, and placing personnel.
