Christina Flores, M.S.Ed., SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Christina began their career at Chase as the Vice President, Talent Acquisition - Chase Consumer & Community Banking - West Coast Market, where they led a team of recruiting consultants responsible for high-volume, full-cycle recruiting for over one thousand retail branches in California. During their time at Chase, they implemented multiple staffing models and recruiting technology to optimize the interview and hiring process. Christina achieved excellent results, including a twelve-day average fill time and an average of 4,000 hires annually. In 2015, Christina joined Logix Federal Credit Union, first as the VP of HR and later as the Chief Human Resources Officer, SVP. In these roles, they lead the People Operations, Policies & Procedures, Organizational Development, Talent Acquisition, Talent Development, and Total Rewards teams. Their focus is on executing the people strategy to attract, develop, inspire, and retain employees.
