Neha Ganjoo

Neha Ganjoo has extensive work experience in product management and program management roles. Neha currently holds the role of Director of Product Management at Logixboard, starting in 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Zoom as a Product Lead for Monetization & Business Systems from 2021 to 2023. In this role, they defined technology vision and roadmap, led strategic initiatives, implemented new monetization models, and developed repeatable business processes.

Before joining Zoom, Neha worked at Webex as a Product Manager for Customer Experience from 2019 to 2021. Here, they defined product vision and strategy, identified business requirements, and collaborated with cross-functional teams for successful product launches.

Neha'searlier experience includes working at Cisco in roles such as Sr Product Manager, Sr Program/Product Manager, and Partner Engagement Manager from 2008 to 2021. In these roles, they drove operational transformation, prioritized capabilities, and collaborated with internal and external teams.

Neha also has experience working at Accenture as a Program Lead, S1 Services as a Technical Project Program Manager, University of North Carolina at Charlotte as a Research Assistant, vCustomer as a Technical Lead, Gayatri Computer Services as a Program Manager, and Honeywell Pvt Ltd as a Senior System Analyst.

Throughout their career, Neha has demonstrated their ability to drive product strategy, implement process improvements, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and deliver successful product launches.

Neha Ganjoo earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Information Technology from MKSSS Cummins College of Engineering for Women in the years 2000 to 2004. Neha later pursued a Master's degree in Information Technology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2005 to 2006. In terms of additional certifications, Neha has obtained multiple certifications including Foundations and PMC Level 1 from Pragmatic Institute in May 2020. Neha also holds a certification in DUKE ADAPTIVE STRATEGIC EXECUTION from Duke University - The Fuqua School of Business in May 2019. In addition, Neha is ITIL certified, Certified Scrum Product Owner certified by Scrum Alliance, and has completed an Artificial Intelligence Bootcamp for Product and Business Managers from Stanford Continuing Studies in June 2023. Neha also holds certifications in Amazon Web Services Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2020, Harassment Prevention: CA Supervisor from EasyLlama - HR & Compliance Training For Modern Teams in April 2023, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM) from Scrum Alliance in February 2015.
