Marcela Castellanos Cantor

Marcela Castellanos Cantor is an experienced professional in customer service and logistics, currently serving as the Coordinadora de servicio al cliente at Logiztik Alliance Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Marcela held various positions at Kuehne+Nagel, including Gerente de Reclamos from July 2018 to April 2022, and served in multiple capacities such as Asistente de servicio al cliente, Track and trace, and Auxiliar de reservas from August 2004 to May 2017. Marcela also worked as Jefe de importaciones at Colempaques S.A.S. from May 2017 to June 2018 and began the career as Auxiliar de reservas at Translago from January 2004 to June 2004. Marcela earned a degree in Administración de Empresas Turísticas y Hoteleras from Universidad Externado de Colombia, completing the program in June 1999.
