Monica Monroy is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project delivery and management. Currently serving as a Project Delivery Manager at LogMeIn since October 2019, Monica oversees the onboarding of new medium and large business clients, ensuring a top-tier experience with GoTo systems. Prior roles include Manager of Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Learning Services at Conduent, where Monica managed a team focused on various client needs through the use of internal web and oracle-based platforms. At Capgemini, Monica excelled as Collections and Accounts Payable Team Lead, specializing in the collections process for international clients and enhancing collections skills among portfolio analysts. Monica also held the position of QA Team Lead, where the focus was on developing accounts receivable and maintaining strong client relationships. Monica holds a Master’s Degree in Psychotherapeutic Approach, Psychology, and a BA Degree in Psychology from Universidad Panamericana de Guatemala.
