Catherine Rodriguez

Catherine Rodriguez is a seasoned professional with a robust background in customer service and history. As the Customer Experience Manager at Logo Mats since September 2023, Catherine develops and implements strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, leading a team of specialists and designers. Previous roles include Customer Service- Art Department Supervisor and Product Support Specialist at M+A Matting, and Life Insurance Agent at YOUR Insurance Group. Catherine also has retail experience as Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager at Stephens Exclusives. An Auburn University graduate, Catherine holds a Master of Arts in History, complemented by a Public History certificate, and has practical experience through internships at Troup County Archives and participation in the Lee County Historical Society.
