Barsha Bista is an experienced Human Resources professional with a strong background in organizational development and people management. Currently serving as the People and Culture Manager at LogPoint since September 2021, Barsha previously held roles such as Human Resources Manager: Consultant at BIZBAZAR and OD & HR Consultant at Adezon, where responsibilities included formulating HR policies and overseeing recruitment and employee development. Barsha's earlier experiences include HR Manager positions at LogPoint and ZurelSoft Nepal, focusing on talent acquisition, performance management, and employee relations.
