Barry Krauss has over 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in training, learning programs, and organizational development. Barry is currently the Director of Training and Enablement at LogRhythm since March 2019. Previously, from September 2015 to March 2019, they served as the Vice President of Learning Programs at Spec Ops Technology. From 2004 to 2016, Barry also served as a Naval Intelligence Officer in the US Navy Reserves. Barry held the position of Vice President of Corporate University at Cristal from February 2013 to September 2015 and Vice President of LMS Training at Defense Acquisition University from December 2010 to February 2013. Additionally, they served as a Senior Military Intelligence Officer in the US Navy from November 2009 to December 2010. Prior to that, Barry held leadership roles such as Vice President of Corporate University at ManTech International Corporation from September 2008 to December 2009, Vice President and Chief Learning Officer at Florida Department of Management Services from August 2007 to September 2008, and Senior Director of Organizational Development & Knowledge Management at ManTech International Corporation from April 2005 to August 2007. Their early experiences include the position of Director of Organizational Development & Knowledge Management at Northrop Grumman from September 2000 to April 2005.

Barry Krauss holds a Master of Science degree in Organizational Development & Knowledge Management from George Mason University. Barry also obtained a Master of Science degree in Cost Analysis from the U.S. Air Force Institute of Technology. Additionally, they hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from San Diego State University. Barry Krauss also achieved a Professional Certificate in Process Management from George Mason University. Furthermore, they have obtained additional certifications such as "Creating a Culture of Learning" from Lynda.com in December 2017, "iOS App Development: Essential Courses" from Lynda.com in September 2017, and "Getting Started with InDesign" from lynda.com in October 2014.
