Kylene Garcia began their work experience in 2009 at the City and County of Broomfield, where they held the roles of Revenue Technician and later Property Tax Administrator. In these positions, they were responsible for tasks such as creating and tracking invoices, processing water bills, and overseeing the implementation and collection of property taxes. Kylene then transitioned to the City of Boulder in 2014 as a Human Resources Representative II, where their responsibilities included reallocating purchase cards, creating journal entries, and posting job openings using the city's applicant tracking system. In 2015, they joined SpotX as a Staff Accountant and remained in this role until 2018. Kylene'sresponsibilities at SpotX included handling various accounting tasks. In 2018, they moved to Gensler as a Cash Operations Specialist, where they focused on cash-related operations and remained until 2020. Currently, they are working at LogRhythm as a Revenue Accountant.

Kylene Garcia earned their Associate's degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Front Range Community College between 2010 and 2014. Following that, they pursued their Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance at Regis University from 2014 to 2015.
