Lance McGough

Lance McGough has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Lance started their career in 2002 as a Software Support Representative at Universal Computer Systems, where they installed key control systems, provided software support, and trained new employees. In 2004, they joined the US Army as a Squad Leader, overseeing teams, conducting performance reviews, and managing administrative duties. Following their military service, Lance worked at Viaero Wireless from 2008 to 2011, initially as a BlackBerry Technical Manager and IT Help Desk, and later as a Technical Support Manager. In these roles, they managed vendor relationships, supported a wide range of mobile devices, and provided leadership to a team of technical support representatives. Lance then joined West Safety Services from 2011 to 2016, serving as the Information Technology Supervisor. In this role, they managed a team of IT technicians, coordinated projects, and improved efficiency within the IT department. From 2016 to 2017, Lance worked as a Technical Consultant at The Sharpsuiter, LLC, providing technical expertise to clients. Since 2017, they have been with LogRhythm, where they have held multiple roles, including Systems Engineer II and currently, Manager of Infrastructure Operations.
