Luciana Farnham has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Luciana is currently working as the Senior Director of Channel Sales at LogRhythm since July 2022. Prior to this, Luciana held positions at LogRhythm as the Director of Channel Sales, where they led a team of Partner Strategy Specialists and Managers and focused on aligning partners with sales and post-sales enablement groups. Luciana also served as the National Business Partner Manager, responsible for developing and executing business strategies within the partner network across multiple regions in North America.

Before joining LogRhythm, Luciana worked at Kaspersky Lab as a Channel Account Manager and an Account Executive. Luciana started their career at Progress Software as a Renewal Sales Representative and later worked at Autodesk as an Account Manager and a Global Business Service Representative. Luciana also worked at McGraw Hill Construction as a Business Development Specialist.

Throughout their career, Luciana has demonstrated expertise in partner management, business strategy, relationship building, market growth, and customer retention. Luciana has contributed to the success of their employers through their strong leadership and ability to align partners with company goals.

Luciana Farnham has a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in International Business from Southern New Hampshire University, which they obtained between the years 2008 and 2012. Prior to that, between 2006 and 2008, they attended the University of New Hampshire-Manchester, where they studied Business Administration. In addition to their formal education, Luciana has additional certifications including Certified Pre-Sales Consultant from LogRhythm and VMware Sales Professional (VSP) and VMware Technical Sales Professional (VTSP) certifications.
