Janina Schmitt

Janina Schmitt is an experienced HR professional currently serving as an HR Business Partner at Lohmann & Rauscher since August 2019, after previously holding the position of Junior HR Business Partner. Prior to this role, Janina gained valuable experience as a Werkstudentin Personalentwicklung at Energieversorgung Mittelrhein AG from August 2017 to August 2018. Janina's initial exposure to the field included a Bachelorthesis and internship in University & Talent Relations at Bayer from July 2016 to July 2017, as well as an internship in Human Resources at Griesson - de Beukelaer GmbH & Co. KG from September 2015 to February 2016. Janina holds a Master of Science in Business Management from the University of Applied Sciences Koblenz and a Bachelor of Arts in Management und Personalwesen from Hochschule Heilbronn, complemented by a semester abroad in General Management at Kristianstad University.
