Jisley Bontempo is an experienced professional with a diverse background in leadership and strategic management. As the Founder and CEO of TAYA since January 2023 and an Advisor at LOI | Global Creator Marketing Agency since July 2023, Jisley has demonstrated a strong entrepreneurial spirit. Previous roles include Director/C-level Partner at Remessa Online, Superintendente at MAPFRE, and various executive positions at GRUPO SEGURADOR BANCO DO BRASIL E MAPFRE, where responsibilities encompassed employee experience development, financial controls structuring, and strategic planning. Jisley holds multiple advanced degrees, including an MBA in Business Management and a specialization in Corporate Management Performance from FGV, as well as an MBA in Business Innovation from FIAP.
