Heidi Äijö

Heidi Äijö currently serves as the Vice Chief Executive Officer and Talous- ja hallintojohtaja at LähiTapiola Pohjanmaa since September 2019. Concurrently, Heidi holds the position of Group Controller at Viria Oyj, where employment began in September 2018. Additionally, Heidi has been the Group Controller and IATOD Financial Manager for Viria Ltd since July 2016, and previously worked as a Group Controller for Anvia from October 2007 to July 2016. Before these roles, Heidi gained valuable experience at KPMG Finland as a Senior Accountant and as a Financial Manager at Seinäjoen Pankkiiriliike Oy. Education includes a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Vaasa and specialized programs at Hanken School of Economics and Aalto University Executive Education Oy.
