Leonardo Possebon has been with Lojas Renner S.A. since May 2014, currently serving as Especialista de Experiência do Cliente, where responsibilities include leading a team of analysts in business insights and data analysis, collaborating on strategic initiatives, and enhancing decision-making through insights presentation.
