Julie Rastetter

Julie Rastetter is the founder and creative director of Loka Creative. Julie has over fifteen years of experience in the graphic design industry. Julie has a Bachelor of Fine Arts in graphic design from the University of Vermont.

Julie began their career as a graphics coordinator at the Vermont Studio Center from January 2004 to December 2005. Julie then became the marketing director at Johnson State College from May 2005 to June 2007. In 2006, Julie founded Great Big Graphics, and ran the company until it was sold in 2012.

Since founding Loka Creative in 2012, Julie has overseen the company’s growth into a comprehensive creative agency offering services such as web design, branding, and large-format printing. Under their leadership, Loka Creative has become one of the most successful agencies in Vermont.

Julie Rastetter has a Master of Business Administration - MBA from LSU Shreveport and a BFA from Johnson State College, both in the field of marketing. Julie also has a degree in fine arts from Bluffton University.
