Jonathas Sardinha

Jonathas Sardinha began their work experience as an R&D Intern at Motorola Mobility, where they migrated a cellphone security application and fixed backend bugs. Their performance led to a direct hire by a partner company for another Motorola project. Jonathas then joined Instituto de Pesquisas Eldorado as a Full Stack Engineer, working on a B2B employee management software and handling tasks such as developing a user provisioning API and creating a trade marketing module. After that, Jonathas worked at CI&T as a Senior Frontend Developer, where they served as a consultant for QuintoAndar, the largest rental application in Brazil. Jonathas played a key role in refactoring, fixing, and developing pages for a brand transition, including recreating the main landing page. Currently, Jonathas is working at Loka as a Senior Frontend Developer and, due to their technical and leadership skills, they were promoted to Frontend Team Lead. In this role, they mentor direct reports and is responsible for their performance in the project and the company.

Jonathas Sardinha pursued a five-year Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the Universidade Estadual de Campinas. Jonathas started their studies in 2016 and completed them in 2021, specializing in the field of Computer Engineering.
