Tom Woldger

Tom Woldger has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in different companies. Tom currently serves as the HR Director - Head of HR at Lokaltog, a company that manages rail services in multiple regions of Denmark. Prior to this, they worked as the HR Chef - Head of HR at DanPilot, where they oversaw pilotage services in Danish waters. Tom also held the position of HR Education Manager at Bygma Gruppen A/S, a leading Danish supplier to the construction industry. Furthermore, Tom has worked as a Consultant at Percepti Global and had a successful career in the military, reaching the rank of Captain and gaining experience in leadership and command roles.

Tom Woldger's education history begins in 1987 when they attended Sct. Jørgens gymnasium and studied math as a student. Tom completed this program in 1990. From 1994 to 1997, they attended Hærens Officersskole where they pursued the Officers grunduddannelse and earned the degree of Præmierløjtnant. In 2002 to 2003, they returned to Hærens Officersskole for a Videregående officersuddannelse, earning the degree of Kaptajn.
