Paul Brannan

Paul Brannan is a highly skilled Senior Lighting Technical Director with extensive experience in visual effects and production. Currently at Lola Post Production since July 2023, Paul previously held the same title at Industrial Light & Magic, contributing to Gareth Edwards' film "The Creator." Prior roles include Senior Generalist at Scanline VFX, where skills in Substance Painter and V-Ray were expanded, and a long tenure at DNEG as a Senior Lighting & Look Development Technical Director, focusing on various feature film and streaming projects. Earlier experience includes positions as Lead Digital Artist at Cinevision Visual Effects and CG Artist at MPC, where contributions spanned modeling, texturing, and FX animation for notable films. Paul began their career as a Video Assist Technician at Useful Companies, following a design modelmaking degree from Rycotewood College.
