Stacy Duke

Stacy Duke is the VP of Accounts and Culture at Lola Red, a position they have held for 7 years and 2 months. Stacy is responsible for driving client relationships, strategy and results, and works with the Partnership (new business) team to introduce strategic thinking to new business pitches. Stacy also works with the Solutions team (PR, social, digital, etc.) to build out the campaigns for both new and existing clients, and with the CS account teams to manage the client and results.

Prior to their current role, Stacy was the Director of Client Services at Lola Red for 3 years, the Client Services Manager for 2 years, and the Associate Publicist for 2 years. In these roles, they were responsible for sets the strategy, owns the client relationship and manages the account structure and liaise with our Solutions Department (Social, Digital + PR) to obtain success on behalf of the client. Additionally, they served as client lead and consultant for mid + large-sized accounts, managed timelines + deliverables on behalf of clients, and oversaw account hours and distribution of hours.

In their current role as VP of Accounts and Culture at Lola Red, Stacy leads any and all client planning, reviews and approves client work with key understanding of the process, leads messaging + branding work on behalf of clients, and spearheads and manages client calls. Stacy also oversees the account structure on each account, manages, trains + educates Client Services Account Coordinators, attracts key talent for new hires, and leads, strategizes and provides structure to the account team, ensuring success on behalf of clients. Additionally, they are responsible for building out profitable client budgets and negotiating service contracts and costs with clients as needed.

Stacy Duke attended Metropolitan State University where they obtained their Bachelor's Degree in Communication and Media Studies. While at Metropolitan State University, Stacy Duke was also the Vice President of the school's chapter of the Public Relations Student Society of America. Stacy Duke's studies while at Metropolitan State University focused on public relations and political science.

Stacy Duke's team is responsible for managing and developing relationships with accounts, as well as creating and maintaining a positive company culture. Tiffany Jackson is the Senior PR Manager, Joe Montgomery is the VP of Growth, and Stacy Duke is the VP of Accounts & Culture. The team reports to Stacy Duke.
