Jolene Johnson, CISR, has been working in the insurance industry since 2001. Jolene began their career at State Farm Insurance as an Account Manager/Sales. In 2016, they moved to Central Insurance as a Sales Executive. From 2017 to 2021, they have held various roles including Client Service Manager at Gallagher, Account Manager at LMC Insurance & Risk Management, Sales Representative at Lola's Fine Hot Sauce, and currently Client Operations at Willis Towers Watson.
