Robert Soards

Robert Soards has over 15 years of sales experience. Robert began their career in 2004 as a Sales Representative for Cookies Food Products Inc, traveling to distributors, restaurants, and retail stores across the Midwest, including Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Missouri. In 2006, they became a Territory Manager for Altadis U.S.A., managing sales, merchandising, promotions, and orders to drive sales by calling on key premium wholesale and retail cigar accounts in the Midwest. In 2015, they were hired as a Territory Manager for NATIONAL TOBACCO COMPANY, L.P., managing a territory across most of Iowa and Nebraska, calling on independent retail, wholesale, and chain accounts. In 2018, they joined Acosta Marketing Group as a Core Team member. In 2019, they were hired as a Sales Specialist for Advantage Solutions - SAS Marketing, where they managed relationships with central Iowa Walmart and HyVee stores to drive business development, sales, and loyalty. Robert was then promoted to Advantage Tyson Grocery sales team within two months of hire. In 2021, they became a Food Service Sales Manager for Lola's Fine Hot Sauce.

Robert Soards obtained a degree in Business Administration and Management from Grand View University.
