Suranga Wewegedara is currently the Head of Human Resources at LOLC General Insurance and LOLC Life Assurance. Prior to this, Suranga held the position of Head of Human Resource at Browns Hotels & Resorts, overseeing multiple properties within the group. With a strong background in human resources, Suranga has also worked in HR management roles at HEMAS HOLDINGS PLC, Lankem Ceylon PLC, Jetwing, and BAT. Suranga holds an M.B.A from Cardiff Metropolitan University, a Diploma in Human Resources & Organisation Behavior, and a BSc in Applied Science from Sabaragamuwa University of Sri Lanka.
