Tina Hedges

Tina Hedges has over 30 years of work experience in the beauty industry. Tina began their career in 1988 as the Advertising & PR Manager for Parfums Christian Dior. In 1991, they moved to Halston Borghese as Manager Creative Marketing. In 1992, they were hired as Director Worldwide of Makeup & Skincare Product Development for Estee Lauder Companies. In 2000, they were appointed Assistant Vice President Development Coordination WWD for L'Oreal USA (Corporate) & Maybelline. In 2004, they joined Jonathan Product, LLC as EVP, Marketing & Development. In 2005, they co-founded TWIST new.brand.venture, LLC as Co-President. From 2008 to 2011, they held multiple roles at Neu Industries as CMO, COO, and Advisory Board, as well as CMO (Consultant & Shareholder) for NuFACE, Carol Cole Company. Finally, in 2011, they founded TH Consulting, where they provide management, strategy, branding, marketing, innovation, product development, corporate communications & operations for corporate clients and start-ups, as well as advisory services for private equity and VC firms. In 2014, they founded LOLI Beauty.

Tina Hedges earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Sociology & Asian Studies from Amherst College between 1983 and 1988.
