Sam Murray

Sam Murray has held a variety of C-suite roles in a number of companies. Sam began their career in 1996 as VP Sales and Marketing Consumer Products at Cosmepak, where they launched and managed a $20M annual Plastic Household Storage business. In 2000, they became COO of FPI Thermoplastic Technologies, where they expanded the Plastic Injection molding business from $5M to $35M annual revenue. From 2011 to 2018, they served as CEO & Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Mouth, a leading & fast-growing e-commerce food startup specializing in small batch, artisanal food, wine & spirits from 'indie' food makers. Sam then became CEO of Lavit in 2018, where they worked to eliminate plastic bottles from the waste stream. In 2020, they took on the role of COO at LOLIWARE and COO Advisor at Yumble, a weekly subscription that delivers healthy, fully-prepared, delicious meals specifically designed for kids.

Sam Murray graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in English from the University at Albany, SUNY in 1988, having started their studies in 1984.
