Hannah Zahn-Hess

Hannah Zahn-Hess is a Customer Experience Representative at Loll Designs, responsible for managing retailer accounts for several notable companies and handling Salesforce case management. Previously, as Store Manager at Goat Hill Marketplace, Hannah focused on enhancing store sales and employee performance while developing metrics and goals. Hannah also served as a Sales Associate at Ren Market, contributing expertise in sustainability and eco-friendly products. Additionally, Hannah's experience includes working as a Sustainability Assistant & Consultant for the City of Duluth, collaborating with multiple stakeholders on sustainability initiatives, and an internship in sustainability communications. Hannah has a Bachelor of Arts in Environment, Sustainability and Geography, along with a minor in Communication from the University of Minnesota Duluth, and has prior experience as a Designated Business Owner at Target.
