Norman Paulsen

Norman Paulsen is an experienced IT and digital technology executive with a strong background in eCommerce and operations. Currently serving as VP IT & Digital at Lolli & Pops since May 2022, Norman oversees all IT systems, including software, hardware, and networking infrastructures. Previously, as Sr Director of Digital Technology and Search at Altice USA from April 2013 to May 2022, Norman managed a team of 16, coordinated strategies across multiple digital platforms, and oversaw a significant annual budget. In an earlier role as Chief Operations Officer at OrderCounter.com, Norman led operations across various departments and was instrumental in developing groundbreaking Android point of sale technology. Norman holds a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics from Webster University.
