Mike Shuster

Mike Shuster currently serves as the Director of People, Success & Operations at Bucknell University, starting in January 2024. In this role, Mike leads talent management programs focused on recruitment, onboarding, retention, development, recognition, and maintaining an engaged workforce. Prior to this, Mike was the Chief Scientist at ProHabits from 2018 to January 2024, where the work involved applying motivational behavior design principles to align individual behavior with organizational values. Mike's earlier experience includes serving as a Research Consultant at Mabbly, a Post Doctoral Research Scientist at DePaul University, and a Lecturer at DePaul University, where Mike contributed to numerous peer-reviewed publications and taught various psychology courses. Mike earned a Ph.D. in Psychological Sciences from DePaul University, completing the degree in 2015.
