Elliott Gill

Elliott Gill is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in various human resources roles, currently serving as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner at Lomond since August 2023, where efforts are focused on driving growth and aligning strategies within the southern region. As the Director of eight one eight ltd, an independent HR consultancy, Elliott has been providing comprehensive HR solutions since May 2022. Previous roles include Interim Senior Human Resources Manager at Datto, People Manager at SPIKA Limited, and various HR positions at CIPHR and Epicor Software, among others. Elliott holds a Level 7 Diploma in Human Resources Management from CIPD, achieved between 2020 and 2022.
